Looking to learn about employee experience.
I need your help.
I’m looking to learn as much as I can about how to support people in large organizations.
Specifically, I’m looking to find resources (books, articles, podcasts, videos, interviews, anything) about new, innovative ways of doing things any good organization needs to focus on:
- General human resourcing
- Onboarding
- Talent retention
- Professional development
- Performance management
- Employee engagement
- Mentorship
- Compensation and recognition
- Growth and progression
- Leadership outside of formal management
- Diversity and inclusion
I’ve probably missed a ton up there, but if you have any links or pointers to any resources on the whole employee experience, and specifically how we can do it better than is being done now, I’d love to learn from you.
I’m convinced that the best way to do good work is to find good people and give them everything they need to do make sure they can do that work; I’ll be exploring that a lot more in the next few months, so anything you can share with me to get started on this journey is greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much! Feel free to get in touch via Twitter or via email.
